Early Life and Pre-Debut Career
Born and raised in the United States, Bailey was surrounded by dance from a young age, following her two older sisters into dance studios. It was there that a dance instructor first encouraged her to try dancing herself a moment that changed the course of her life. By the age of 10, she had shifted her primary focus to hip-hop, while continuing to study ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap, and even acting. She gained public attention through her participation in America’s Got Talent Season 9 with the all-girl dance team Buns & Roses.

At just 14 years old, Bailey began working professionally as a dancer, choreographer, and instructor. She was a member of several acclaimed dance crews including Molly’s Monsters, Buns and Roses, and S-Rank, before becoming the youngest and first female member of the globally renowned Kinjaz at age 17.
Her choreographic journey elevated her to international fame before debut, contributing to iconic performances for leading K-pop artists such as Taemin, SHINee, Red Velvet, aespa, Kai, and Taeyang. She is particularly noted for her work on tracks like POP/STARS, Psycho, Savage, Peaches, Vibe, and Shoong!, solidifying her status as a sought-after choreographer in the industry.
Bailey’s interest in K-pop began as a choreographer working on routines for SM Entertainment artists. Despite knowing little about the K-pop industry initially, she soon found herself fascinated by it and eventually dreamed of becoming an idol herself.
Although there were initial rumors of her debuting in the girl group MEOVV, Bailey ultimately became part of the debut lineup for ALLDAY PROJECT, the label’s co-ed group. She reportedly split her time between Korea and the U.S. while training.

Before debuting, Bailey was already a successful influencer, with over 1.84 million Instagram followers and 2.2 million TikTok followers as of June 2025. She previously uploaded dance videos, challenges, and vlogs to her YouTube channel now set to private all managed by her mother.
Debut and Activities with ALLDAY PROJECT

In 2024, Bailey officially joined The Black Label, and in June 2025, she debuted as a member of ALLDAY PROJECT with the digital single “Famous.” Her dynamic choreography and commanding stage presence in the title track “Wicked” received critical acclaim. In addition to performing, Bailey participated in the lyrical composition of “Wicked,” highlighting her multifaceted creative role within the group.
Personal Life and Public Image
Bailey is admired for her global perspective and artistic discipline. Raised in a Korean-American household in California, she is fluent in both English and Korean. Her mother, Judie Sok, was a Top 7 finalist in Miss Korea 1987, and Bailey is the second of three sisters.

Despite being widely known for her choreography, Bailey is described by peers as humble, focused, and deeply committed to her craft. Her fans, affectionately referring to her as “Bai” or “Bails,” also admire her charismatic yet grounded demeanor. Bailey has collaborated with global brands such as Nike, Spotify, Samsung, and Roblox prior to her idol debut. She remains influential in both the dance and music spheres, with a strong online presence through both personal and group social media channels.
